Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Buoy pieces, but if the fit isn't right, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your parcel.

• 3.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your return in transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
